We would like to assure you that we at the Grange are doing everything possible to minimize any risk of infection or contamination of the premises by COVID-19. So, following Government and other guidelines, we are undertaking the following:
Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces including: door knobs, kitchen work surfaces, handrails, table tops, chairs, bathroom fittings, and any other surfaces our hands come into contact with.
Provision of effective hand sanitizers at a number of points around the property. Guests are kindly asked to make use of them.
Our staff have been provided with PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) in order to minimize any risk of COVID contamination. The cleaning products they are using are those recognized and accepted as being able to neutralize and kill the COVID virus.
Before our guests check in, thorough cleaning and disinfecting of all areas by our staff will have been carried out. As a result of the need for more cleaning time, we are asking guests not to check in before 6 pm. We also ask that guests check out earlier, at 09.30 am. (our usual check in and check out times are 10 am and 4 pm) This will allow our cleaning staff enough time to clean twice: a normal clean and a disinfection clean.
We would also like, politely, to remind all our guests and potential guests of the need to wash hands regularly and thoroughly, and we ask that all of your party adhere to current Government COVID guidelines.
